Portal Overview
This portal is used by the OBAE to accept and process
data as well as to communicate with registered users.
Broadband Service Providers
Submit your data according to the Federal Broadband Deployment Collection (BDC) format, and the Federal Form 477 Deployment Filing and Subscription Data format..
Grant Applicants
- Upload your application and all attachments
- The portal does allow for updates or completion later, however, the application and required attachments must be uploaded before a submission is allowed.
- Additional resources are available on the Pilot Program website , including the Application, Notice of Funding Opportunity, Interactive Broadband Map, and Scoring Guide.
- To receive notifications when NOFOs or other important notices from the OBAE are released please subscribe at https://nmdoit.omnilert.net/subscriber.php.

Confidential Information
Contents stored are subject to release under the New Mexico Inspection of Public Records Act (“IPRA”), NMSA 1978, Sections 14-2-1 et seq. A cooperator or applicant who contends that its uploaded materials contain confidential information must follow OBAE’s redaction and confidentiality request process. If a submission contains unredacted application materials before OBAE approves a confidentiality request, OBAE will produce the unredacted materials in response to an IPRA request.
